ABOUT US
Our mine location area around 160ha and located in Jarungke-Bungintimbe village, Petasia Timur sub district, North Morowali district, Central Sulawesi province. Site can be accessed via commercial flight from capital city of Indonesia (Jakarta) approximately two hours to Makasar. Then, using a propeller plane to reach Morowali about one hour.
From Morowali Airport, access is serviced by well pavement road around one hour by car to fishing traditional port
To arrive at Jarungke Site, can be gained by company boat approximately one hour.
Mining permit contains two main rock formations such as Matano limestone and quaternary alluvial formations. Matano limestone rock covers 60% of total mining permit consisting of late cretaceous limestone period from the deep sea deposition. This limestone formation has over 100m thick. The alluvial formation has 40% of total mining permit with bearing sands at a coastal beach.
There are three main blocks in Gita Perkasa Mineralindo concession with a total area of 65 Ha :
- West Block resources come up with 913.936 BCM
- North Block resources fall at 44.415.105 BCM
- East Block resources contain 7.121.000 BCM
Fuel loading
The need for fuel per month is around 60,000 to 70,000 liters which is used for crusher and heavy equipment such as: excavators, loaders, dump trucks and also two generators units with capacity 800 kva and 200 kva.
Barging
The limestone processing results from the crusher are transported onto a 250-300 feet barge and then sent to the buyer.
Hauling
Hauling is carried out using a dump truck with a capacity of 20-25 tons to transport limestone from the pit to the crusher.
Crusher activities
Stone crusher plant is mainly for large lump stones crushing and breaking into smaller size and produce aggregates, gravels and sand. The final size is 0,5-1 cm, 1-2 cm, 2-4 cm, and 4-9 cm as aggregate for smelter needed.
